We want you to be completely satisfied with your dancewear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns note included in your original parcel, clearly marking the items you are returning and the reason for the return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Post Your Parcel

  Affix the return address label to your package and send it via your local post office; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
